Your investment for this sensational weekend is 2950 AED per person based on single occupancy, standard full-board rate for 2 nights, and including all activities and services above.
Terms and Conditions:
Age Restriction
In order to maintain a serene atmosphere, we regret to inform you that individuals below 18 years old including teenagers, are not allowed at the Retreat.
Cancellation Policy:
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Package is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, Zoya’s cancellation policy will be applicable, and no refunds will be provided. If the Client cancels, the Resort will charge 100% of the total cost of the cancelled rooms for the entire period
Package details
The Embodied Parenting Weekend Retreat is an all-inclusive Package with all services and activities as detailed above. These aforementioned services and activities cannot be sold separately.
Booking Procedures
The Client must make all bookings and payments at least seven days in advance following Zoya’s policies. Zoya reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion. All communication regarding bookings inquires amendments, or cancellations must be directed to the Resort reservation office via email at reservations@zoyawellbeing.com.

Early check-ins or late checkouts may be subject to a charge ranging from 50% to 100% of the daily room rate, based on availability.
Additional Requests:
Any additional requests or other inquiries by the client which is not mentioned in this contract will be subject to availability and extra charge
Force Majeure Clause
The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, Pandemic, Government regulations, terrorist acts, disaster strikes, civil disorder, and curtailment of transportation or other emergencies making it illegal, commercially impractical or commercially impossible to provide the facilities for the event or conduct the meeting it is provided that this agreement may be terminated for one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other. If this agreement is terminated according to this section, the Service provider shall refund or reserve the funds for a future event to the Service user made to the Service provider by the Service User with regard to this agreement.
Payments:
All prices, including taxes and fees, are quoted in UAE Dirhams at the Resort unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Payment in full is required to secure the rooms, and no refunds can be accommodated in case of cancellation.
