With extensive background in sustainability and experience in addressing critical global challenges with the United Nations, Ivana’s passion lies in bridging the gap between lofty sustainability goals and individual actions.
To fill in the gap in the literature and inspire young learners, Ivana authored and published an engaging children’s book series “Raising Change Makers with Cyril.” Ivana wished to create books that break down complex sustainability concepts into captivating stories, encouraging critical thinking and activism in young readers.

The package includes:
- 4 sessions with lower elementary children (ages 6-8).
- Each session will cover 1 book and delve into the content through students’ reflections and inquiry.
The recommended duration of each session is 30-40min.

A session on creative writing and author’s journey can be added upon request

Beyond literature, Ivana is my co-founder at the Raise Change Makers Institute, where we have developed Programmes for school educators and leaders aimed at empowering them to confidently model and teach about sustainable development.
Our Programmes take a holistic approach, incorporating systems thinking tools, Montessori philosophy, mindfulness, and conscious leadership tools, with the well-being of students and educators at the core of our framework. The sustainability books are an integral part of our Programmes.
