During this Masterclass we discussed how food preparation and cooking with children from the Early Years and throughout the Elementary years builds resilience for a child by developing a friendly relationship with error. This is so crucial because making mistakes, learning and trying again is a natural part of being human – one which is removed from a mainstream educational experience.
